Thanks for this list — still a lot of room for valuable blogging events.
We also have the 1st Philippine Web Designers Conference coming up in July 2009.
Lots of amateur and professional web designers. We’ve had 3 successful mini-conferences so far.

BTW, my OpenID authentication didn’t work. “We were unable to authenticate your claimed OpenID, however you can continue to post your comment without OpenID”
